An Invitation to All

Flexible pricing : Flexible travel : Flexible accommodation : Flexible dates…and certainty that you can join us! 

This year the CA is pleased to offer funding to provide a number of different options at different prices and even different dates to suit everyone.

These include (exceptionally) 80 places at a reduced price of £500 (all in) per person, a fixed price of £575 option for a train and shared room (particularly to suit younger helpers), as well as the usual provision of financial assistance for those who are eligible.

These reductions and subsidies are for those who would like to stay in the Accueil as Assisted Pilgrims, and for helpers and nurses joining the Pilgrimage, travelling on the Tangney Tours operated flights out of Birmingham or London Stansted (Tangney Tours are the CA’s official travel agent).

In addition, for the first time, the CA are eager to help pilgrims who are unable to join the pilgrimage until Saturday 19th August 2023. Tangney Tours are able to provide assistance  with travel and accommodation options for such pilgrims on request.

Please remember that you will have to submit the following:

  1. An Application Form (to join us as a helper, nurse or an Assisted Pilgrim); and,

  2. A Funding Form (if seeking to apply for one of the places above); and,

  3. A Medical Form; and,

  4. A direct booking with Tangney Tours. The CA will not make any bookings with Tangney Tours on your behalf.

To the extent you are allocated one of the funding packages set out above, we will reach out separately in due course.
